Then, send a copy of any screenshots and a detailed error message describing the problem and what you were doing when the problem arose to the Fire Applications Help Desk. This will help us to recreate the problem and then resolve the issue.

System Requirements

While FlamMap version 3.0 is currently not as math intensive as FARSITE, it typically will be used on much larger landscapes. And, planned features in FlamMap will be very math intensive. Your choice of hardware will strongly affect its performance time; a more powerful computer will always work better. FlamMap version 3.0 is multi-threaded to take advantage of hyper-threaded processors. It also scales well so it can take advantage of any number of processors.
