January 25, 2007: An updated help file is available on the download page. It needs to be downloaded separately from the installation package. This updated help file includes better documentation of the Minimum Travel Time (MTT) fire growth method and the Treatment Optimization Model (TOM). Also included are new tutorials on these same topics. |

March 20, 2006: A final release of FlamMap3 is available from the FlamMap Downloads page. Major feature additions include support for the Scott & Burgan Fuel Models, Minimum Travel Time fire growth model, and the Treatment Optimization Model. Also a second method of calculating crown fire behavior has been added. All of the features found in FlamMap2 are still available in this new version.
