FireFamilyPlus Help System

An Online Help system is included when you install FireFamilyPlus or can be downloaded separately (ffp4.chm, 5,962 KB). Help is invoked by the Help > Contents command. The FireFamilyPlus Help system is composed of ten main parts, shown as "books" in the Help System navigation pane:

  1. Introduction,
  2. Getting Started, including acquiring data and defining the Working Set;
  3. Working with Data, including Station Catalogs and data formats;
  4. Batch Functions;
  5. Fire Options, including Fire Associations and Fire Summaries;
  6. Weather Options, including Hourly Data Analysis, Season Reports, Pocket Cards, and Winds;
  7. General Options;
  8. Graph Windows;
  9. Report Windows; and
  10. Report Analysis, including statistical analysis.
 
Version 4 User Guide The User's Guide describes operation of the FireFamilyPlus program. It does not describe specific modeling capabilities of the system.
