FARSITE Version 4.1.055 Release Date, May 27, 2008

• Version 4.1 of FARSITE supports the expanded set of 40 standard fuel models developed by Scott and Burgan (2005).
• Project (.FPJ) and Bookmark (.BMK) Files created in version 4.0 are fully compatible with version 4.1. Simply open the existing files the same way you did in version 4.0.
• The new Custom Fuel Model (.FMD) File format was designed to be interchangeable between fire behavior applications. For example, custom fuel models created in BehavePlus v.3 can be saved in the .FMD format used in FARSITE v4.1.

This will help us to recreate the problem and then resolve the issue.

System Requirements

FARSITE is math and data intensive. Your choice of hardware will strongly affect its performance time; a more powerful computer will always work better. FARSITE v4.1x is multi-threaded so it will take advantage of multiple processors.
