April 3, 2006: FARSITE version 4.1.05 is released. This update fixes several obscure bugs that have surfaced in the past year.

There are now two options for crown fire calculations. Besides the method (Finney, 1998) used in all previous versions of FARSITE, the method used in NEXUS and FVS/FFE (Scott and Reinhardt, 2001) is also now available. This option is found on the "Fire Behavior Options" dialog box.
