WindWizard runs under FloWizard. The software license for FloWizard is perpetual, but updates are only included for the first year.

Take the following steps to obtain and install WindWizard on your computer:

1. Windwizard runs under the FloWizard license, which can be purchased from ANSYS corp. It runs on a laptop computer. Your laptop must have 512 MB RAM, but it is better to have 1GB RAM. FloWizard requires the Windows 2000 (or newer) operating system.
   
   To purchase the FloWizard software you must contact Brenda Elser ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ). Brenda will send you a form to fill out. Sign and return the form to her, providing your specific computer information. Upon receipt of that information she will let you know how to purchase the license and will send you the FloWizard software and license key.
   
   
2. Once you have FloWizard installed you need to download the following files:
   1. WindWizard_1.0.1_setup.exe (199.3 MB).
   2. Windwizard_v1.0.1_installation_instructions.pdf (35.2 MB).
   
   
3. Unzip the file "windwizard_1.0.1_setup.zip".
   Follow the instructions in the pdf file; the installation is relatively straightforward, but it is critical that you follow the steps exactly.
