Informal Training

There are tutorials in the online help included with FlamMap. In FlamMap select the Help > Contents command and begin by reading the "Using FlamMap Online Help" page.

The help system and tutorials have been updated as part of JFSP project 05-4-1-23. They include more material on the Minimum Travel Time fire growth method and the Treatment Optimization Model. For the updated help click here, FlamMap3.chm (2.8 MB), and download the file into your FlamMap3 folder to replace the current file of the same name. Please check the file size to make sure you have the entire file.

There is currently no formal classroom or distance learning training available for FlamMap.
